| Overall, this is a must buy for those interested in Netbooks.
Although you can run almost anything that you can on a regular laptop, the Atom processor will not let you get the experience of a desktop or powerful laptop.
Barring a few niggling problems like the touchpad buttons and the sometimes crazy multi-touch, the 1000H is a pleasure to use. Though there are smaller Netbooks available, such as the Acer Aspire One, it would be stupid to go any smaller than the Eee PC 1000H, because this has the perfect size keyboard and screen to offer you just the right balance of portability and ergonomics.
Although the 160 GB hard drive and 6-cell battery adds weight to the laptop, you get the right amount of storage and still enough battery life. For those not too interested in storage, the solid state version should interest you.
